Volunteer Opportunity

Kiwanis Club of Tempe - Sunrise

Making a Difference in Our Community One Child at a Time

The Kiwanis Club of Tempe Sunrise was founded in 1967 dedicated to serve the children of the world, with a primary focus on the Tempe area. The club projects include:

  • Annual Rice & Beans Food Donation which currently helps 625 families in the Tempe, Awatukee & Chandler areas

  • Annual Pancake Day called "Flipping for Education", which helps to raise money for local schools.

  • Sock & Skivvies Clothing Drive benefitting children in the Tempe Elementary School District

  • Joint Golf Tournament with the TIE (Tempe Impacting Education) Foundation to raise funds for the Kids Tempe School District

  • Many other volunteer opportunities with worthwhile organizations in the Tempe area

  • Scholarship and Leadership support for the youth of Tempe

  • Sponsor of the Corona del Sol High School Key Club

  • If you are interested in helping us with our mission, our club meets every Thursday at 6:45 AM at Bogie?s Club House, located at 800 E.
